Wow this site is amazing!! This has really turned around! The new manager Matthew Carter is professional, honest and very clear to speak with and interact. The wash quality has stepped up here greatly and the management and employees have really turned this place around. Big shout out to Matt Carter, Dar and Myles for an awesome experience, clean property even better a clean car! Will return and will refer!!

The service is absolute garbage. I took my truck in for a "special" wash—the $30 package—and it came out looking terrible. I spoke to the manager, and he told me I have to pay all over again to get it washed. What shitty service!

Absolutely horrible!! i just left Time to Shine because their vacuums never worked and never got my car clean so I looked at reviews came over here and just horrible no vacuums suck at 100% not even 50% i don’t know what they wash/dry their towels in but streaks when i cleaned off the outside windshield. Bugs still all over the front of my suv, overwhelmed because it’s broken they can only do so much. I’m glad I spent $10 and I want that back. I have large weather rubber mats and they refused to just spray it down because they won’t fit in the mat cleaner.

I have been a long term customer here since it opened day 1. During my visits if my car did not get cleaned I was always able to drive back thru the wash. Today Zack let me know that his boss said if you do not buy over a basic wash that you do not get the 100% assurance guarantee. There are plenty of car washed in the area but I always used this one because of their service. Today I did not get that service. Even though I attempted to negotiate with them they still did not help me. The parts that were dirty were the front and the back which are the two places that they wash. I find it very bad service to not allow another run thru. But as he said his boss told them not to honor the company guarantee. This place went from 7 to now 13 dollars a basic wash. It's pricy and equipment is sometimes broken but due to loyalty I delt with it. But now going forward I will spend my elsewhere.

The automatic car washed does a fairly decent job of knocking off the dirt. Anything heavy duty will have to be pre-cleaned. They do have a person that gives your car a once over before hitting the wash. The vacuums are free and they also provide dash and window cleaning liquids and clean towels. All in all it was a good experience.
